Spider-Man/Deadpool (2016-) #7

This is the new first canonical meeting between Spiderman and Deadpool set in 1968 so this is what you can refer to now when deciding their age difference

Again, keep in mind, this is set in 1968 but (and let’s ignore Deadpool because he is immortal) this doesn’t mean that Spiderman is currently an old man, he supposed to be in his 30s, everyone ages slowly in these comic books 

I would actually say Peter is currently in his late twenties, at oldest.
